Responsibilities
Oversee the program lifecycle from concept inception to sunset, conduct market research, build business strategies, and develop performance objectives.
Define strategic vision, product roadmaps, prioritize products, and support customer solutions.
Prepare product/program plans, design products, and conduct analyses based on customer and market needs.
Identify and secure third-party partners, manage their performance, and ensure products deliver intended results.
Align with corporate strategies, drive continuous improvement, and workflow across teams.
Manage product/program performance including financial, risk, operations, and business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop commercial business models, and evaluate product opportunities.
Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, ensure customer needs are met, and lead customer collaboration efforts.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Sustainability or other related field preferred
5 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering program results and outstanding customer experiences
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment
Preferred
Possess a strong customer-focus mentality and desire to want to drive an exceptional customer experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams that include in-house technical teams, product development, and marketing in an agile business development environment
Possess strong technical background in the field of sustainability, building science, energy management and/or renewables
Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, including both technical and non-technical
