Responsibilities
Ensure that PT project requirements are fully specified for efficient development.
Attend PT sprint meetings and be the key contact for project execution.
Manage customer migration to new delivery methods like Context and API.
Collaborate with various teams to plan and execute customer migration projects.
Conduct customer interviews, gather insights, and prioritize project backlog.
Enhance product reporting, plan initiatives for product performance optimization.

Required
3+ years' relevant work experience in product management, customer service/success, project management, contracts administration, business analysis for digital products or business to business (B2B) products
Understanding of actions required to accomplish a given goal and effectively break down complex projects into clear, actionable steps
Experience thinking through all angles and implications of new projects to ensure there are no gaps in project plans
Experience communicating with groups that have varying degrees of technical proficiency and understanding
Written clear requirements documentation
Strong project management skills
Preferred
