Responsibilities

Define and drive the technical roadmap for UCaaS products in alignment with the overall product strategy.

Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.

Collaborate closely with engineering on architectural decisions, API design, and technical integrations.

Conduct technical feasibility assessments and supported by data-driven insights.

Support cross-product integration strategies, enhancing the user experience across Sangoma’s offerings.

Act as the technical liaison between product management, engineering, and external partners or clients.

Required

2-3+ years of experience in technical product management, ideally within the UCaaS or SaaS industry.

Proven experience in leading technical products from concept to launch.

In-depth understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based communication platforms.

Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or commiserate experience in a related technical field is highly desired.

Knowledge of UCaaS architecture and relevant technologies.

Experience working with agile development teams and methodologies.

Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time for any employer.

Preferred

Technical certifications or an advanced degree in a related field are a plus.
