Responsibilities

Implement the product strategy for HR Compliance products.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, balancing priorities, revenue impact, and client-focused initiatives.

Articulate near- and long-term product strategies and roadmaps to senior stakeholders.

Define the product roadmap, managing stakeholders in product, engineering, and operations.

Balance immediate needs and long-term investments in the product roadmap, aligning with priorities and strategic vision.

Collaborate with teams to lead product vision, define requirements, and coordinate with shared resource teams.

Analyze metrics to assess product health, mitigate risks, and use insights to refine the product roadmap.

Required

7+ years of product management or related experience creating software products.

Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree

Experience working with API integration and technical understanding of cloud-based platform architecture

Experience in Employer Services

Initiative taker, comfortable to start projects from a blank sheet of paper

Good technical experience in Agile delivery methodologies

Preferred

Technical Knowledge – Experience building product strategy during technical transformations, specifically in cloud-based tech stacks.

Industry Familiarity – Knowledge of employer services, with a focus on year-end tax statements (US, Canada, Puerto Rico), ACA reporting, and pay statements.
