Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Work closely with engineering, data, customer solutions, design, sales and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

Track product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product roadmap.

Directly interface with customers to gather feedback, define requirements and support end-to-end customer journey

Build and manage the customer implementation process to optimize for customer requirements and product development

Reduce the total cost to deliver customer value by gathering, synthesizing and driving prioritization via inputs

Collaborate meaningfully with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey

Become subject matter expert on planning

Identify and address pain points / bottlenecks in the customer experience to solve in partnership with our Engineering and Customer Success leadership.

Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and usage of Clarasight among customers and sales channel partners.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.

Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to ensure effective product onboarding and support.

Required

Direct experience building enterprise planning products (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Planful) and configurable products implemented by 3rd parties

General knowledge of SQL

A technical orientation with a passion for data

Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

Proven experience in data quality assurance, testing, and performance optimization.

Demonstrated experience at an early stage startup building products for enterprises
