Responsibilities
Define a product roadmap aligning with the company’s vision and goals.
Create product backlogs, define sprints and releases in line with the roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product development efforts.
Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
Collaborate with customers and partners on gathering detailed requirements.
Understand legal and compliance requirements for transaction forms.
Communicate with technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.
Define an architectural vision for eForms and eContracting solutions.
Monitor product progress throughout the development lifecycle.
Work with Support and Customer Success teams to resolve issues.
Develop user stories and groom them with development teams.
Manage the software development lifecycle in an Agile approach.
Seek and remove impediments to ensure success.
Lead the execution of product development sprints.

Required
3+ years of experience working with electronic forms generation and signing solutions in the retail automotive industry.
2+ years of experience working with onshore and offshore engineering teams and flexibility in work schedules.
2+ years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile development environment.
2+ years of experience working directly with customers and partners and proven ability to effectively communicate with C-suite.
2+ years of experience with Agile SDLC processes and tools including Jira.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data sources and schemas and map them to target state documents and forms.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a “get it done” attitude and approach.
Ability to verbalize complex problems and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Superb writing skills and immense attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements through prioritization
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent field.
Legal and compliance expertise as it relates to transaction related documents and forms in the automotive industry.
