Responsibilities

Manage the product roadmap and drive strategic product-led initiatives

Create business cases for product investments, incorporating inputs from strategy, engineering, and commercial teams

Understand and articulate the needs of government administrators and beneficiaries across segments

Analyze market trends and user feedback to drive product improvements and innovations

Engage with government officials and other stakeholders to gather valuable insights

Collaborate with AidKit’s Chief Impact Officer to engage with our community advisory council and segment-specific partner advisory council.

Prioritize features that deliver the most value to clients and align with company objectives

Create user journeys, workflow maps, and prototypes to communicate feature requirements

Convert market understanding and customer insights into detailed product requirements and specifications, build feedback loops to ensure what is built actually solves the problems partners face

Ensure the product offers an intuitive and accessible user interface

Ability to craft and evaluate complex interaction design for a low/no-code platform.

Build buy-in by engaging stakeholders across the organization and providing compelling evidence and theory to support decisions

Collaborate with the Contracts and Compliance Manager to integrate regulatory requirements into the product

Track investment, development trajectory, and ongoing market fit of product features

Implement processes for systematic articulation of market needs and product learning

Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to refine and enhance the user experience
