Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives in line with iterative, agile development processes.

Lead the product development process in an Agile environment, including defining user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring timely delivery of product increments from ideation to launch.

Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback and pain points to inform product decisions and continuously improve the end-to-end experience to maximize impact on the customer and the bottom line.

Work closely with engagement center leadership, engineering, UX, analytics and finance to ensure aligned business requirements, seamless product development and launch.

Define and track OKRs to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Present product updates, progress, and vision to internal stakeholders and executive leadership. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams, including working closely with executives and business leaders is a must.

Identify opportunities to leverage technology to solve business problems, with an understanding of how the solution is composed end-to-end.
