Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals and market demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Utilize Salesforce and Dynamic CRM to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and sales data.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on customer needs and business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on product features and benefits.
Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and market changes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical or medical equipment industry.
Strong experience with Salesforce and Dynamic CRM.
Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Local to Irvine, TX.
Preferred
Advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and medical equipment products.
Strong project management skills.
