Responsibilities

Enterprise Product Manager, passionate about transforming technology into critical business values, to work on a new product interface for internal users across Coinbase operational and engineering teams.

Make product requirements into key technical decisions, partnering with non-technical and technical business partners including, Product, Engineering, CX, Compliance, and Security.

Evaluate user personas and their needs to define and prioritize use cases for each persona to contribute to building the backlog and roadmap for this new platform.

Partner with two Sr. PMs and two Sr. Technical Program Managers, as well as a dedicated engineering team of ~20 to execute this backlog ensuring teams have a 4-6 week backlog.

Develop user journey maps and process documentation for users of the product

Conduct Demos to business users of capabilities completed and run User Acceptance Testing and secure Sign-off on new features

Work with cross functional partners across a wide variety of teams at Coinbase (Engineering, Customer Experience, Compliance, Security, Product, etc.).
