Responsibilities
Roadmap Planning: work with the CEO to understand the product goals and build/manage the product roadmap
Product Development: collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and lead the development process
Bugs: manage bug list and track progress/status
Internal Communication: facilitate communication between customer success and engineering, prioritize customer feedback
Operations: assist in managing operations related to sales, marketing, and organizational development
Documentation: maintain detailed documentation of product development processes and communicate progress to stakeholders
Hands-On Building and Scaling: actively participate in building and scaling the product

Required
Experience in product management, operations, and marketing
Ability to develop operating principles and create product roadmaps
Experience in writing product documentation
Strong project management skills to stay on top of engineering team's progress
Ability to align customer success and engineering teams
Experience in holding engineers accountable
Experience in executing strategic marketing initiatives for brand awareness
Collaborative skills to work with engineering, design, customer success, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications
Experience in leading the product development process from ideation to launch
Ability to manage bug list and track progress/status of each
Strong communication skills to facilitate communication between customer success and engineering teams
Experience in prioritizing customer feedback for engineering
Ability to document and track the status of product features, bugs, and project timelines
Experience in managing operations related to sales, marketing, process & organizational development, hiring, and reporting
Strong documentation skills to maintain clear and detailed documentation of product development processes, decisions, and timelines
Ability to communicate progress and updates to stakeholders
Hands-on experience in building and scaling products
Ability to participate in strategic discussions and contribute to decision-making processes
