Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Extensive experience in product management within the healthcare sector

Proven leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration

Strong background in mobile app development and personalization

Must have a track record of overcoming technical and market-related challenges creatively

Experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration

Familiarity with data science concepts and collaboration with data science teams

Knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and FDA clearance processes

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred

Preference for experience with personalization and analytics platforms such as Braze and Amplitude
