Responsibilities
Remain fully informed and reporting on consumers, competitors, trends, and industry developments
Assess opportunities against competitors
Support the development of high-potential concepts and proposals
Advise management on relevant and impactful innovations
Gather, organize and analyze large amounts of data and research
Develop and present compelling reports, competitor assessments, presentations and recommendations
Continuously oversee, improve and support existing product offerings
Manage complex product features, initiatives and process improvement projects
Ruthlessly prioritize and deliver on crucial priorities
Solve customer inquiries accurately and quickly
Identify and articulate opportunities for improvement
Assist team members as needed
Track project milestones, OKR/KPIs and deliverables

Required
Undergraduate degree with an additional 3-6 years of professional experience
3+ years experience in Product Management with consumer software
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong business analysis and writing skills with the ability to articulate business concepts
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate high energy, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure
Communicate passionately and persuasively on all programs to stakeholders
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel (functions, reports), Word, etc.)
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Good relationship manager and negotiator, able to build agreements with stakeholders
Embody unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
Ability to raise the bar and inspire others to bring their ‘A’ game in all that they do
Preferred
Certifications in project management methodologies a plus
