Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a product roadmap.

Manage the end-to-end product development process.

Lead a team of designers and collaborate with engineering, customer service, marketing, and legal departments.

Enhance customer experiences and identify new ways to improve their lives by expanding the product with new services and features.

Required

3+ years of product management experience in consumer services or software development

Experience with building legal tech or financial reporting software (e.g., legal template builders, accounting software, accounts receivable / payable,)

Proven track record in organizations with a high-performing consumer SAAS product culture (e.g., Facebook, Google, Amazon, Betterment, Spotify, Slack, or a post series A startup funded by top tier investors)

Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision making

Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills; able to drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts

Experience working in the legal field, preferably estate planning
