Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather, understand, and define business requirements, translating them into actionable insights for the technical team.
Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and automation.
Work closely with client subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders to bridge communication and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Create clear and concise project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather information, validate requirements, and ensure clarity across teams.
Assist in the design and testing phases of project development, ensuring that solutions align with client expectations and business objectives.
Provide ongoing support to clients, helping them understand data insights, reports, and the best ways to leverage analytics for decision-making.
Stay current on industry trends, data analysis techniques, and best practices to continually bring value to client engagements.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Economics, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or similar.
Typically 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within technology or data-driven projects.
Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data to derive insights and support decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and familiarity with business intelligence platforms like PowerBI.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
Passion for technology, data, and improving business processes to drive positive outcomes for mission-driven clients.
