Responsibilities

Required
2+ years in product management, with a focus on payroll, fintech, or compliance.
Experience with certified payroll and labor compliance is a strong plus.
Proven experience leading agile teams, managing backlogs, and driving continuous delivery.
Familiarity with U.S. payroll laws, union configurations, and certified payroll reporting.
Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and communication skills.
Passion for driving simple yet delightful user experiences to drive engagement and product adoption.
