Responsibilities

Help identify product and process improvements to retain and grow customers.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to management.

Write detailed business requirements and work with development and design teams.

Experience with news, research, and/or data products.

Coordinate across teams to ensure successful implementation and operational standards.

Required

BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Library Sciences, Engineering, or any related technical field

One year of prior experience at a financial technology firm, financial institution or other data-intensive setting is a plus. (Will consider recent graduates)

Strong track-record demonstrating critical thinking, resourcefulness, and initiative

Ability to break down complex problems and summarize findings to varied audiences

Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, strong analytical and presentation skills

Exceptional organizational and planning ability

Experience with web analytics and Agile development processes

Potential travel 0 to 5% - to clients in the U.S.

Position is based in New York and is hybrid (must be willing to go into the office minimum of two days per week or as business dictates)

Must be a U.S Citizen or current Green Card Holder
