Responsibilities

Develop and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for Marketplace Health and Agility, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy

Serve as the Product Owner, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and leading sprint planning meetings

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and other product managers to gather requirements and feedback

Monitor key success metrics and leverage data and user insights to make informed decisions

Proactively identify new opportunities to enhance Marketplace Health and Agility and deliver high-quality, innovative features that provide measurable value to customers and the business

Required

2+ years of relevant work experience as a product manager with steadily escalating responsibilities in an agile environment; experience working on a two-sided marketplace is a big plus

A track record of delivering measurable and meaningful customer and business value

Experience managing customer-facing products, especially in a marketplace setting

Customer-first mindset with a great eye for design and a history of delivering high-quality, delightful, and innovative UX

Highly analytical and familiar with tools like Looker, Tableau, and Google Analytics. Basic SQL skills preferred; familiarity with Python or R is a plus. Comfortable conducting own analysis and partnering with dedicated analysts

Deep experience with A/B testing and using the scientific method to make observations, form hypotheses, and design and measure experiments

Excellent communicator across functions and at all levels of the organization. Able to leverage both qualitative and quantitative data and insights to bring to life problems, solutions, and opportunities
