Own the product development process from conception to delivery.
Work closely with engineering teams to drive UI improvements.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Lead and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Required
4-5 years of experience in Product Management- this person needs to be seasoned ("high profile project")
Must come from an Ecommerce background- understand the guest experience of buying a room/ checking out packages etc
Experience owning a project from conception to delivery -
Looking for someone with a strong project management and tech and user story background, experience working with scrum teams
MUST be fluent in Jira
Someone who's experienced working with engineering teams that are driving UI
Someone who is data driven, proactive, policy driven
Preferred

This person needs to be more curious - guest experience minded- able to put on their “guest hat”
Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.

Effectively provide overall leadership across multiple teams, while working collaboratively to delivery with quality on time.
