Responsibilities
Defining the scope of features in the reporting product through product discovery and collaboration.
Identifying the smallest unit of value for the team to deliver.
Leading customer calls to gather product feedback.
Drafting product strategies to achieve customer outcomes and business impact.
Context-switching between bugs, discovery, in-flight work, and launch planning.
Establishing product practices and processes to enable the team to deliver high-impact work.

Required
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B SaaS software
Strong record of delivering impact on customer outcomes & company goals, defining new products
Understanding the importance of advocating for customer needs while balancing business priorities
Building strong partnerships with engineering and design counterparts, as well as cross-functional stakeholders
Applying product discovery and optimization techniques to turn ambiguity into a plan
Demonstrated drive to ship early and often
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate (with support from Orb)
Preferred
Experience working on financial or billing products that focus on the finance persona
Experience on a product team at an early-stage B2B startup
Love creating clarity from ambiguity
Geek out talking to customers and learning from user research
