Responsibilities
Define a winning strategic plan and vision for the technologies and solutions offered by Packsize
Manage the P&L of product lines and future solutions to inform and show a return on investment
Maintain ongoing investigations, research, and communication to understand opportunities and direct the solution roadmap and vision
Articulate and document new innovative capabilities and technologies to build a roadmap for increased revenue and market share
Work closely with Engineering to define and prioritize ongoing development by explaining needs and reasons
Own the pricing strategies for defined product categories and ensure they are communicated and understood across teams and partners
Focus on gathering the voice of the customer through discovery steps and user testing to ensure alignment with customer needs
Manage cross-group collaboration, dependencies, and risks to deliver on go-to-market activities with quality
Ensure team objectives and strategies align with the Company Vision, Product Vision, and Product Strategy
Facilitate decision-making processes and leverage data for course of action
Define success metrics and leverage small experiments to inform changes in strategy
Articulate high-level concepts to leadership, stakeholders, and customers

Required
Experience as a Product Manager or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering and sales
Experience in defining new products, services, and features
Experience in conducting user research and market analysis
Ability to manage the P&L of product lines
Ownership of pricing strategies for product categories
Understanding of and ability to manage cross-group collaboration, dependencies, and risks
Ability to drive collaboration across teams
Experience in defining success metrics and leveraging data to make decisions
Ability to articulate the problem, solution, vision, and ecosystem in which the product will function
Willingness to travel to customer locations occasionally
Eligibility to work in the United States
