Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operation of one of three product development teams

Develop deep, nuanced understanding of our unique product and the expectations of our global community, becoming a subject-matter expert in your team's areas of ownership

Partner with business leaders, designers, engineers, and data scientists to ideate, prioritize, plan, and ship impactful features and improvements

Required

2+ years of experience managing a product development roadmap and shipping consumer products

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Track record of working on products with a high quality bar

Experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, ideation, prioritization, development, pre/post-launch execution including A/B tests and analysis

Experience running agile teams and processes

Experience writing technical documentation

Strong in projecting timelines and building roadmaps

A passion for helping people meet using technology
