Responsibilities

Champion a customer-centric, data-driven, approach to product management and development

Empower and collaborate with our engineers and designers to build the best solutions possible

Translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories for scrum teams to implement

Serve as product champion, ensuring product usability, quality, and performance

Define and track key metrics to measure product health and success

Plan, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog that delivers maximum value for the customer while adhering to company strategy

Be the product expert for your product(s)

Participate in the scrum ceremonies, evaluate product progress, and communicate status & risks appropriately

Provide vision and serve as a champion of customer perspectives to the scrum team

Create and maintain release and application documentation for internal and external customers

Constantly look for ways to improve our product management and product development processes

Required

Experience managing 1 or multiple backlogs

Strong technical background

BS/BA degree in business, technology or related field

Have extensive experience operating in an Agile Scrum environment to deliver quality products rapidly

Ability to influence decision makers and work successfully in cross-functional teams

Customer and data focused with a positive, professional attitude

Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in real estate industry is a plus

Proficiency in Atlassian Suite and product planning tools

Certificate as Product Owner in Agile Development Scrum
