Responsibilities
Support RMHS employees’ technology needs and company operations as directed by the Technical Support Supervisor.
Coordinate equipment and software repairs, orders, replacements, etc. with vendors as needed.
Provide tier 1 support services to users for incidents and service requests coming into the ticket system and assist with tier 2 and 3 support as needed.
Help maintain accurate inventories and assist in ordering equipment as directed; prepare and deploy equipment for new staff as well as upgrades for existing staff.
Assist in evaluating new technology/processes in relation to lowering costs or improving services.
Provide outstanding support to RMHS employees.
Ensure that RMHS data and information are secured and protected according to RMHS policies and procedures.
Follow all IT policies and procedures.
Ensure that documentation is accurate.
Keep current on trends and innovations in technology.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Work is primarily performed in RMHS offices.

Required
A minimum of one year working experience in Information Technology, preferably in a Service Desk environment
Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Computer Information Systems or a closely related field and a minimum of one year applicable experience
Solid technical, problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
