Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's mission to innovate healthcare solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and leadership, to envision and prioritize transformative products.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for new features and products.
Lead the product development process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and ideas from all team members.
Oversee the integration of essential services and APIs, such as payment gateways and scheduling tools, to enhance product functionality.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that product development aligns with technical capabilities and business goals.
Champion the adoption of best practices in product management and agile methodologies.
Ensure products meet industry standards and compliance, particularly in healthcare settings.
Lead user testing and feedback sessions to refine products and ensure they meet customer needs.
Monitor product performance post-launch, implementing improvements based on user engagement and satisfaction.

Required
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role with a track record of successfully managing end-to-end product development.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, technology platforms, and digital product ecosystems.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
Experience with regulatory standards relevant to healthcare technology, such as HIPAA and HL7.
Previous exposure to healthcare application development and a passion for functional medicine.
