Responsibilities
Product and Packaging Innovation: Key member in the ideation and conceptualization of new health supplements and vitamins leveraging market insights and emerging trends. Identify innovative ingredients and formulations to create cutting-edge products.
Product Development & Reformulation Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product development strategy, including defining product roadmaps, timelines, and milestones. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to translate concepts into tangible product specifications.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Align product development with market needs and customer feedback.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements for health supplements and vitamins. Collaborate with external regulatory teams to obtain necessary approvals.
Label Reviews: Work with internal and external teams to build and review labels for products. Ensure labels meet Brand Guidelines, FDA regulations, and Product team’s expectations.
Product Sampling: Manage product sampling to validate product claims and efficacy. Evaluate samples to ensure they meet expectations. Analyze test results to refine product formulations.
Project Management: Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring projects stay on schedule. Mitigate risks to maintain project momentum.
Market Assessment: Continuously assess market dynamics, competitor products, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for product development.
Product Expert: Answers product related questions for all departments. Expand and maintain CPK (Central Product Knowledge) database for internal use.
Reporting: Report R&D expenses and activities to maximize tax credits with Finance.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5+ years’ combined experience
Proven track record in product development, preferably in the health supplements or pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of formulation science and product development methodologies
Exceptional project management skills, with a focus on delivering products on time
Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance in the supplements and vitamins industry
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
