Responsibilities

Bring a fresh perspective to TEGNA’s products

Work closely with our stakeholders to identify user needs and pain points to inform the product roadmap

Review designs, write documentation, and provide analysis

Help shape features through thoughtful data collection, insightful observations, and careful analysis

Assist in Quality Assurance for new features

Create customer-facing documentation and guide Knowledge Management, Training and Support

Proactively assist in the management and prioritization of a backlog

Required

Experience as a website product manager or working with video streams

Demonstrated ability to manage digital products

Examples of achieving aggressive goals

Analytical and strategic in the way you approach and solve problems

Able to accurately handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Able to work well independently and as a member of a larger team

Exceptional collaborator and communicator (written, verbal)

Preferred

Expertise within an OKR-driven organization

Experience as a website product manager AND working with video streams

Understanding of journalism, digital workflow, and the current media landscape

Up-to-date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in Digital Product Management
