Responsibilities
Roadmap Execution: Work closely with senior leadership to not only define, but also meticulously execute the roadmap in alignment with the overarching vision and strategic objectives. This involves careful coordination and collaboration across teams to ensure that each milestone is met with precision and contributes effectively to the overall strategic direction.
Release Management: Assume full responsibility for the release process, ensuring that each feature is shipped in a state that effectively achieves project objectives. This requires meticulous attention to detail.
Market insights: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends. You'll champion the user experience by gathering and implementing user feedback.
Revenue growth: Drive product initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership teams in engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development from concept to launch.

Required
Minimum of 7 years' experience in product management
Proven track record of successfully taking products to market and delivering value to customers
Experience with large-scale multi-vertical products
Deep understanding of product development methodologies, market dynamics, and emerging technologies
Ability to execute roadmap in alignment with company vision and strategic objectives
Experience in release management ensuring project objectives are met
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends
Driving product initiatives for revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention
Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Agile adaptability in fast-paced environments

Experience in influencing and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization
