Responsibilities
Product Management: Oversee the development and management of products related to trading algorithms, user interfaces, networks, and cybersecurity, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
Fixed Income Trading Systems: Support and manage Fixed Income trading systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with various technology and business groups, including developers, analysts, cybersecurity experts, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless product execution.
Trading Systems: Manage and coordinate the development of trading systems and algorithms, ensuring all requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, to provide regular product updates and address concerns.
Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing workloads and managing time effectively to meet product deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Engage with diverse personalities, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
Technical Coordination: Work alongside technical teams to coordinate product development and integration activities, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with product goals.
Persistence: Demonstrate a persistent and determined approach to overcoming obstacles and achieving product objectives.
Product Initiatives: Drive overall product management initiatives to support new development efforts across the institutional business.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

Required
5-10 years of experience in product management within fintech companies, investment banks, or financial institutions.
Strong understanding of trading algorithms, user interfaces, networks, and cybersecurity.
Experience in supporting Fixed Income trading systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all types of personalities.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science) preferred.
