Responsibilities
Drive the lifecycle of government-centric products, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with federal standards and agency-specific requirements.
Design and execute advisory strategies for achieving and sustaining compliance with federal security frameworks such as NIST RMF and FedRAMP.
Work closely with security, development, and operational teams to integrate compliance and security into product design and deployment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, communicating product objectives, compliance strategies, and timelines effectively.
Oversee adherence to federal regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks associated with system authorization and ongoing security postures.
Develop and maintain performance indicators for sustainment and product adoption, ensuring continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
Coordinate with contracting teams to ensure product delivery aligns with agency missions, contract requirements, and performance obligations.
Provide guidance and training to agency teams on sustainment practices and security framework integrations.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and policies in the federal landscape to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.
Manage the preparation, review, and submission of security and compliance documentation, ensuring successful audit outcomes.

Required
Over 5 years of professional experience in product management, cybersecurity, or IT project management, with at least 5 years focused on U.S. Federal Government projects.
One or more Product/Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP). Can be substituted for additional years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of federal security frameworks, including, NIST RMF, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
You must be legally authorized to work in the USA. Vaultes does not provide visa sponsorship.
You must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
Preferred
Related security requirements such as CISSP, CISM
Advanced degree in related field (e.g., Master’s in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or Public Policy).
