Required

Bachelor's Degree. MBA a plus.
3+ years of experience in product management in a technology company
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Experience overseeing roadmap
Experience evangelizing product requirements, optimizing feature delivery and managing tradeoffs
Experience defining and driving use cases with engineering and design teams

Preferred

Experience at a fast-growing startup
Prior experience in program product/management or management consulting
Experience handling compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry (FDA guidelines)
Experience in establishing and collaborating on external partnerships
Experience in clinical / healthcare SaaS setup
Experience with AI
Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction
