Responsibilities

Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and improvements to current products.

Manage the product development process from idea to launch.

Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product decision-making.

Develop user-centric product requirements and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize and manage product backlogs to ensure the most impactful work is being done.

Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies.

Monitor product performance metrics and constantly make adjustments to ensure success.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create messaging, positioning and pricing strategies.

Work with internal teams to provide product training and support to clients.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Managerial responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees in the Product and UX organization; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
