Responsibilities

Drive internal alignment on the long-term vision for the player journey in casino or to casino.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and company leaders to maintain and deliver features and projects within the Casino roadmap, implement and adapt them for different states and player segments, and ensure alignment with other units and product verticals to enhance the casino platform and overall customer experience.

Utilize analytical tools and data insights to monitor metrics, assess performance, and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.

Own end-to-end product management processes for features within scope, including creating vision documents, product specs, regulatory decks, and roadmaps.

Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, including player behavior, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies in the casino space.

Collaborate on integrating marketing and engagement tools into the player experience to maximize retention and player satisfaction.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, data, computer science, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in Product Management

Strong understanding of the online gaming market and the tools used to enhance engagement and player experience

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms

Background in collaborating with engineering, analytics, and design teams

Analytically oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail

A passion for innovation and delivering exceptional player experiences, coupled with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work hard to achieve ambitious goals
