Responsibilities

Aligning Businessolver's mission and vision with customer success through strategic product work:
Feature development: Identify and prioritize key product features that address customer needs.
Growth initiatives: Drive strategies to expand the product's market presence and drive business growth.
Scaling efforts: Develop plans to effectively scale the product and support its growth.
Expanding product market fit: Identify opportunities to enhance the product's relevance and success in the market.
Collaborating with the Research and Development teams to establish and execute a strategic experimentation process:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute experiments that inform product decisions and improvements.
Delivering tangible value to current and future customers by leveraging data-driven insights and compelling storytelling throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to completion.
Deepening engagement with existing markets and exploring new market opportunities to drive business growth.
Utilizing your creativity to validate customer needs and develop innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations on multiple levels.
Building exceptional customer experiences focused on delivering measurable outcomes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Lead the end-to-end product development process, including strategy formulation, and oversee redesign efforts from conception to post-market launch.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive 2 to 3 year product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market needs.
Collaborate closely with Technical Product Managers to gather and elicit business requirements for post-launch outcome monitoring based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Drive growth-oriented product work by implementing closed loop feedback loops, such as conducting content and collateral experiments to drive desired user behaviors or outcomes.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the end-to-end product experience and contribute to overall growth.
Proactively explore new product markets and features through continuous ideation and innovation.
Determine customer needs and desires by conducting the necessary research to gather market information and ensure customer-centric product development.
Manage and evolve KPIs across the product line to measure product effectiveness and align it with business goals.
Evaluate market competition by conducting thorough comparisons of the company's products against competitors' offerings.
Provide valuable insights and data for product line communications, defining clear objectives for product marketing and communication strategies.
Make informed recommendations regarding product pricing by leveraging market research data and considering cost factors.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure product success and drive market growth.

Required

3+ years business analysis or product management experience
2+ years Healthcare or Insurance
2 years of experience in Research and Development for software products (ideal but not a hard requirement)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering) is required. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on market-facing products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills and a track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market trends.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
