Responsibilities
Own the full product lifecycle for core feature and platform-focused initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet both immediate user needs and EP’s strategic objectives
Create and refine detailed product business cases, user stories, and success metrics for initiatives spanning core features and inform our engineering teams of what problems need to be solved
Engage deeply with users and stakeholders to identify pain points and uncover opportunities for impactful features that bring measurable value to the product
Plan and organize releases, align development resources, and prepare the go-to-market teams to ensure success (on-time delivery, high-quality releases, measurable outcomes).
Use data and product analytics to evaluate and adjust priorities, making informed decisions that maximize impact and align with EP’s objectives
Continually evaluate the business case and ROI to justify on-going investment and to identify growth opportunities for EP related to assigned product(s)
Foster a culture that encourages product decision making with an orientation to act fast
Stay informed about industry trends and technical advancements to identify opportunities for product enhancements

Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of SaaS product management experience with progressive growth and demonstrated success working directly with end-users (must have direct ownership of outcomes achieved)
Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement, leveraging user insights and analytics to iterate on product experiences
At least 3-years of experience with SaaS solutions serving Accounting, ERP, Invoices/Purchase Orders/Payables, and/or Vendor Management verticals
Excellent communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations
Experience with generative-AI (Claude, ChatGPT, etc) for research
Occasional travel may be required
BA or BS required
Preferred
Bonus points for entertainment industry experience (not required)
