Responsibilities
Control the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more products to deliver value to the customer and align with the broader NBME strategy.
Manage and execute product life cycle/strategy, technical, and marketing aspects, including market problems discovery, customer feedback incorporation, and business plan creation.
Monitor the financial, reputational, and user-satisfaction of products, develop recommendations for strategic adjustments based on evidence.
Define market requirements, package features into product plans, and identify risks/benefits/mitigation strategies.
Develop product recommendations based on data analysis, competitive landscape, and business needs.
Interact with agile teams, cross-functional teams, and key customers to align operational planning and production with customer requirements.
Represent products internally and externally, deliver presentations, and coordinate product launch activities.
Provide account support, manage client accounts, and contribute to quality control measures and research initiatives.

Required
2 to 3 or more years of relevant experience in program/product management required.
Proven track record of launching product(s) or product releases; leading and organizing market research/pilot/testing efforts; coordinating Agile experiences.
Strategic and technical Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical education and/or assessment.
Strong team orientation, project management and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate within diverse cross-functional groups and diverse external stakeholder groups.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management skills; commitment to DEI. Excellent communication and analytical skills (written and verbal).
Ability to maintain confidential information and secure materials appropriately.
Ability to succeed in role with some supervisory guidance.
Proficient with project planning software and budget management.
Broad knowledge base in several aspects of testing.
Demonstrated ability to bring projects to the implementation stage.
Bachelor's Degree; required
Preferred
