Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with Oracle Health's portfolio strategy.
Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with healthcare stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring products address market need and create user delight.
Product Development & Innovation: Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions, utilizing innovative approaches to meet market demands and improve competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, consulting, sales, and other teams to manage product releases, integration, and successful deployment to clients.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage market research, analytics, and feedback to inform product direction and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals.
Agile Product Management: Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development to deliver solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Serve as a product ambassador, sharing the product vision and strategy through presentations, conferences, and social media.
Quality & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure development processes are being met and well documented to ensure your product maintains regulatory compliance. Serve as the product representative during external regulatory audits (e.g., FDA).

Required

Experience with applied artificial intelligence (AI) and understanding of the healthcare domain.
Problem ideation and application of artificial intelligence to reduce user cognitive burden or effort.
Knowledge of clinical roles such as nurse and physician.
An appreciation of key differences between clinic and hospital settings of care.
Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with Oracle Health's portfolio strategy.
Engage with healthcare stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring products address market need and create user delight.
Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions, utilizing innovative approaches to meet market demands and improve competitive positioning.
