Required

3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
Proven track record of creating and executing go-to-market strategies for products or features.
Strong ability to develop messaging and positioning frameworks that resonate with target audiences and differentiate products in the market.
Experience collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across the customer lifecycle.
Proficient in developing customer personas, market segmentation strategies, and competitive analysis to inform marketing plans.
Ability to lead the creation of marketing collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
Ability to measure and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to iterate and improve performance.
Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives that communicate product value.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first mindset, with the ability to identify and understand the real and sometimes unspoken user needs and then translate them into marketing strategies.

Preferred

Experience in SaaS product marketing with a strong understanding of B2B dynamics.
Background in developing marketing strategies with a focus on user acquisition, adoption, and engagement.
Experience marketing products for online marketplaces or social platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with A/B testing, data analytics tools, and user research methods to inform and optimize marketing campaigns.
Ability to visually convey ideas through outlines and materials that support marketing narratives and align with brand strategy.
Experience with CRM, analytics, and project management tools to support marketing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience launching and promoting PropTech or multifamily solutions a plus.
