Responsibilities
Develop tailored materials, including pitch decks, vertical-specific slides, and battle cards, to support the sales team in achieving success.
Respond quickly to sales opportunities with customized, impactful resources.
Translate technical product value propositions into clear, engaging messaging for both technical and business stakeholders.
Serve as the bridge between technical complexity and business value.
Deliver actionable competitive insights and tools to counter competitor positioning effectively.
Equip the sales team with concise, strategic messaging for competitive scenarios.
Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
Provide seamless communication and execution support across functions.
Demonstrate familiarity with APIs, headless commerce, and microservices to engage effectively with technical buyers.
Address integration challenges with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

Required
5–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally within B2B enterprise software.
Proven track record of supporting sales teams in closing $100K+ enterprise deals.
Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries.
Understanding of digital transformation and the associated challenges faced by enterprise clients.
Proficiency in APIs, headless commerce platforms, and microservices.
Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong ability to create tailored, actionable sales tools quickly.
Experience in developing buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with distributed, remote teams.
Preferred
Experience with companies like Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Proven expertise in sales enablement and product marketing within fast-paced, high-impact roles.
Success in effectively addressing enterprise client needs and working with technical and business stakeholders.
