Responsibilities
You'll immerse yourself in understanding our Pension industry customers—who they are, how they buy, and their key purchasing drivers.
You'll stay on top of the competitive landscape, becoming an expert on our competitors, their positioning, and how we can differentiate ourselves effectively.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Relationship Management, and Operations) to create product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target clients, making sure our products stand out in the market.
Map out our buyers' journey—how they search, evaluate, and decide—and leverage this insight to drive changes and improvements in our sales and marketing processes.
Work closely with our marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans, focusing on activities and budgets that retain existing customers and attract new ones.
Continuously assess the performance of your marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for improvements, ensuring that every campaign effectively supports product growth.
Own the planning and cross-functional implementation of new product launches and updates, ensuring all aspects—from messaging to execution—are aligned for maximum impact.
Become the go-to expert and spokesperson for our V3locity solution, championing its benefits, staying ahead of market trends, and contributing to product development and innovation.
Train and enable our sales channels to understand our buyer personas, their pain points, and how our products solve their challenges. Provide the necessary tools, collateral, and guidance to drive successful sales conversations.

Required
7+ years in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS software, with a deep understanding of market trends, product lifecycles, and strategic campaign development.
Proven ability to formulate marketing strategies, execute tactical plans, and measure business outcomes that contribute to the growth and success of products.
Strong presentation, writing, and cross-functional leadership skills that enable you to influence and align teams across the business.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for analyzing complex challenges and thinking creatively to drive innovative solutions.
Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, always ready to pivot and respond to changing needs and market conditions.
Firm grasp of strategic product marketing campaigns, and an educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience marketing to or within Pension or Insurance organizations.
A natural ability to lead and effectively delegate responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with product design techniques and a strong understanding of software engineering or related technical fields.
