Responsibilities
Conceptualize, build, and execute owned & operated channel marketing plans, including creative development, and campaign performance analysis
Deeply understand and articulate the target customer; obsessively understand new and competitive products, trends, and opportunities
Understand key traffic drivers (impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, conversion) and how to measure, track, and optimize them to accomplish business goals, document the results, and share best practices across the team.
Partner with stakeholders within and outside the team to derive critical insights from Amazon content ranking-engine data and synthesize recommendations to improve campaign performance and reach.
Understand how to get the most out of the tools you use to do your job and challenge the existing tool set, successfully working with technical teams to propose and evaluate enhancements that improve efficiency and functionality.

Required
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Preferred
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with Amazon Marketing Tools (Content Symphony, Sonar, Bullseye, etc.)
