Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align product vision with customer needs and market trends.
Define clear product positioning and messaging tailored to target audiences.
Craft compelling content and sales collateral that effectively communicates the product's value proposition.
Develop high-quality, technically accurate content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and videos that build awareness and demonstrate the value of Compliancy Group’s products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
Gather customer feedback to influence product development and messaging improvements.
Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating the product's value.
Partner with the sales team to develop sales strategies and identify key product selling points.
Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and are delivered on time.
Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams to drive campaigns and initiatives that promote product features and benefits.
Lead end-to-end product launches, ensuring alignment across all teams and execution against timelines.
Coordinate launch activities, including website content updates, email marketing, webinars, and press releases.
Analyze and report on product performance, including adoption rates, revenue impact, and customer feedback.
Measure the success of marketing programs and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Work with the customer success team to identify customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
Develop and promote customer advocacy programs to drive awareness and product credibility.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS.
Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
Experience in creating sales enablement materials and working with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
