Responsibilities
Develop and refine clear, compelling product positioning and messaging for Kiddom's English Language Arts (ELA) products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Sales, to create detailed go-to-market plans for new ELA features, products, or product updates.
Partner with Growth and Content Marketing teams to design and execute demand generation strategies specifically for our ELA products.
Work alongside the Sales team to create high-impact sales enablement materials for ELA products, including product presentations, demo samples, competitive analysis, and other tools to support district adoptions and facilitate effective sales conversations with decision-makers in the K-12 education space.
Collaborate with Customer Success to create and execute marketing initiatives that support the ongoing implementation and adoption of Kiddom's ELA products.

Required
At least 3 years of product marketing experience, ideally in the K-12 ELA space.
Strong expertise in K-12 English Language Arts, with a focus on foundational reading skills.
Background in education or a deep understanding of the K-12 classroom environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-centric messaging.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven experience with sales enablement, including training, sample development, and creation of print and digital assets.
Proficiency in using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe, Google Suite, etc.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across departments and with external partners.
Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on measuring the impact of marketing campaigns and optimizing for better results.
