Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to identify and develop comprehensive business requirements for offer builds and related processes

Project manage assigned offer projects for DIRECTV products.

Play a consultative role with marketing partners to identify solutions to that achieve the business goal

Drive best practices and enhancements by taking projects from original concept to implementation as the product subject matter expert

Oversee organizational objectives for customer satisfaction, revenue, profit, retention, as applicable

Identify and implement enhancements and improved CX for DIRECTV through research and evaluation of past releases and post-production issues

Assessment of internal system and process limitation that could be enhanced to provide compelling and/or competitive offers in the marketplace

Ensure that technical requirements represent the business and broader needs of the cross-functional team

Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, status reports, testing and project estimates

Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis

Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
