Responsibilities

Collect Voice of the Customer input to develop product roadmaps

Create Market Requirements Documents for engineering

Work with R&D, service, Sales, and Marketing Support to develop presentations and collateral

Create short and long term revenue forecasts

Own the complete Product Life Cycle

Travel as needed to visit customers and other Thermo Fisher sites

Required

University degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics and/or masters in business administration.

At least 5 years' experience in relevant engineering, applications, marketing and/or technical support roles, and first-hand knowledge of the semiconductor or microscopy markets.

Outstanding presentation and communication skills which can be tailored to the right audience (executive, customer facing, and internal).

Must be proficient in English speaking and writing.

Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hard-working, good at teamwork, and quick to learn.

Excellent customer interfacing skills is a must.

Proven track record in interacting with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

Ability to write (scientific) papers and other publications.

Ability to travel internationally (up to 25%), ability to obtain a valid passport
