Responsibilities

Lead product marketing content development and align all product marketing copy with nimble brand
Develop messaging and positioning for our product and service portfolio including identifying key differentiators
Understanding the buyer's journey, create and launch effective go-to-market plans
Create and drive execution of marketing campaigns aligned with the company's marketing goals that effectively reach the target market
Create sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, sell sheets, talking points, and trade show collaterals
Conduct market research, reviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and develop and maintain competitive battle cards for the sales team and internal operations
Establish and execute a data-driven marketing strategy for demand-gen that positively impacts product awareness and increases the marketing funnel
Collaborate with sales and client services teams to develop marketing plans to support growth initiatives, including cross-/up-sell and retention strategies
Provide feedback on product features that meet the needs of the target market in partnership with business leaders to ensure solutions continue to meet customer needs and market demand
Help develop marketing materials that support the product roadmap
Work with marketing leadership to establish goals and metrics
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics reviews and reporting

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience; 2+ years in a product marketing role
Experience working within a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management organization
Experience owning product marketing and GTM strategy, planning, and execution
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics; Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or related work experience

Preferred

Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience is highly preferred
