Responsibilities
Work proactively with Sales, Product, and Customer Success Teams to deepen your understanding of our customers, always connecting those insights to the product roadmap.
Understand the contract management competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
Support the ongoing growth of new products and services.
Support go-to-market launches, delivering high-quality product messaging and screenshots that communicate the value of our product and solutions
Produce content such as guides, quick tips videos, video scripts, and knowledge base articles in conjunction with the content and product teams.
Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems our products solve for our buyers and users; assist in the development of internal tools and external collateral and advise on when and how to use it during the sales process.

Required
3-5 years of product marketing experience
Efficient, highly productive multitasker; ability to navigate ambiguity
A drive to constantly learn, evolve, and share best practices
Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office, Zendesk or Asana
Familiar with marketing automation tools, such as Pardot
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly technically proficient; able to learn and understand sophisticated SaaS software
Preferred
Contract Management or Legal Tech experience a plus
