Responsibilities
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.
Identify and refine target buyer segments, user personas, and key use cases.
Gather feedback, testimonials, and case studies from Customer Success and Sales.
Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to differentiate solutions from competitors.
Tailor messaging to each stage of the buyer’s journey for target personas and verticals.
Plan and execute product launches and feature releases with cross-functional teams.
Create launch plans, timelines, and KPIs; track and report on post-launch performance.
Develop sales enablement materials such as battle cards, pitch decks, and demo scripts.
Train Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate product value effectively.
Create content including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and videos.
Align campaigns and messaging with the Demand Generation team to drive conversions.
Track and analyze metrics for product adoption, launch success, and market penetration.
Use data insights to refine product marketing strategies and messaging.

Required
4+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven ability to understand and influence complex buying cycles with competitive differentiation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crafting concise, persuasive narratives.
Strong analytical and strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Familiarity with marketing and sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Productboard, or similar platforms.
