Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for feature enhancements and new product launches.
Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights the company’s unique value propositions.
Map and maintain the customer journey to manage all touchpoints from awareness to adoption and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on product strategy and market needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
Create and manage marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, and presentations.
Drive demand generation campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
Support sales efforts with training, tools, and resources to improve product understanding and sales engagement.
Gather customer feedback and insights to refine product messaging and strategy.

Required
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a proven ability to communicate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
A critical thinker capable of viewing the entire customer journey while making tactical impacts through marketing campaigns, internal enablement, and training materials.
Proven experience in using key SaaS metrics to inform and guide marketing decisions.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, quickly identify priorities, and drive toward effective solutions.
Track record of high performance that balances quality with the ability to move quickly.
Results-oriented mindset.
Skilled in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Passionate about the organization’s mission and excited about the impact of AI in healthcare.
8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or similar roles at a technology company, preferably within healthcare.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience and a strong track record in core product marketing disciplines, including developing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, product positioning, and messaging.
Experience in market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer research to inform product and marketing strategies.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in marketing or a related discipline.
Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and AI technology.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
