Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on paratransit providers in the territory.
Develop detailed buyer personas for different types of customers (e.g. urban transit agencies, rural providers, non-profits).
Analyze the specific needs and pain points of paratransit operators in the state.
Identify and analyze key competitors in the paratransit software market.
Determine the unique selling propositions (USPs) of the product compared to alternatives.
Craft a compelling value proposition tailored to paratransit providers.
Highlight features and benefits that address specific regional challenges.
Secure strong, relevant client references in the territory, ideally.
Define pricing recommendations and positioning with a view towards an economic value proposition.
Create a consistent messaging framework for sales teams to use.
Develop key talking points that resonate with different customer segments.
Produce high-quality sales materials (e.g. pitch decks, brochures, case studies).
Develop ROI calculators and other tools to demonstrate value.
Conduct product training sessions for the sales team.
Provide ongoing education on market trends and customer needs.
Develop whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars addressing territory-specific paratransit challenges.
Create customer success stories featuring local agencies.
Design landing pages and email campaigns for lead generation.
Produce demo videos showcasing product features relevant to prospects.
Develop a tailored launch plan for the relevant market.
Coordinate timing and messaging across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Organize regional events or webinars to showcase the product.
Plan participation in relevant transportation conferences.
Establish key performance indicators for the sales initiative.
Track and analyze metrics to optimize the sales approach.
